Latvian-born composer, songwriter and producer Pavel Dovgalyuk signed his first publishing deal in 2013 with Red Vinyl Music in Nashville, TN.  He co-wrote, programmed, and played multiple instruments on Big Machine's recording artist Justin Moore’s “Between You and Me.” For Warner Music’s Chris Janson’s debut album, Pavel co-wrote “Messin’ with Jesus,” which features the vocals of Tim McGraw. Also noteworthy, Pavel co-wrote “Get To You,” the GOLD certified lead single from Michael Ray’s (Warner Music) album, Amos, which to date has amassed over 100+ million streams.  For Universal Music’s Jordan Davis’s debut album, Pavel co-wrote “Going ‘Round.” 

In addition to maintaining an active writing/production schedule, Pavel also serves as a managing partner of RIX Music, a boutique publishing company founded in 2023.
